I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful and the restaurant was fantastic. The staff, especially Patrizia, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, made with love and the best local ingredients. Monica did an outstanding job in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on the hillside provided breathtaking views, adding to the overall beauty of this place. We spent our best Christmas yet at this lovely hotel. the festive decorations were so beautiful and truly put us in a festive mood. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lounge area and the delightful holiday treats that were available. the proximity to the nearby skiing slopes and the stunning mountain views were absolute highlights for us. the spa treatments were also fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive.
That the rooms were a bit smaller than we expected, which made it a little cramped for our family. Our other minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak at times, but it was something we could live with.
